I have this one cousin that I don't really know who is mostly liquid. Basically he lives in a big jar.

Sounds like a classic case of bone loss. The skeleton slowly disintegrates until the person is not much more than a big bag of skin and organs.
Actually he was born as a puddle. Luckily, in his first few days of life, the doctors thought to add thickening agents to keep his organs from blending together. Even with that, his parents and other caretakers have been extremely careful not to shake or stir him.
